AQUASPRAY LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MONTHLY CONTRACT CUSTOMERS

The following Terms & Conditions are a legal contract between Monthly Contract Customers user and Aquaspray Ltd, defining the rules and acceptable services.

Introduction

Please read these terms of use carefully. While we will try to keep it simple and easy to understand by using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

What is included

2x on-site full services to each machine on contract.

free call outs to breakdowns between services.

Whats not included

Spare parts, labour, misuse & abuse.

Modification of Terms

At our discretion, Aquaspray Ltd may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice however this page will be updated so it is advised to check this page regularly.

Your Responsibly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the monthly contract is paid in full when the amount is due.  The term is a minimum of 12 months from the date of 1st service. if you wish to cancel you may do with at least one month's notice after the initial 12-month term, you must not cancel the agreement with 6 months of a full service unless you pay for the parts used on that service.  You agree to pay for the spare parts used and labour for breakdowns between services

Our Responsibly.

To provide the best possible service for you, this includes 2x on-site full services to each machine on the contract.  If breakdowns occur between services not charge a call-out fee

Termination

Aquaspray Ltd reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
